Shipping Costs & Delivery Timelines
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD USA, CANADA and Europe. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
For USA, CANADA and Europe, we now offer a $10 USD Economy Shipping option with an estimated delivery time of 30 business days post-fulfillment. Standard shipping is priced at $35 USD with an estimated delivery of 10-15 business days.
Please note: All shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Can I Cancel or Update My Order?
If you need to cancel or update your order, please email customercare@albedoshop.com with the subject line "Urgent - Order Revisions" as soon as possible.

Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping confirmation is sent, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
If you receive your order and wish to request an exchange or store credit, please refer to our Return Policy.
Processing Times & Order Tracking
Step 1: Order Placed → Orders are processed within 3-4 business days before shipping.
Step 2: Order Fulfilled → You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for shipment.
Step 3: Order Shipped → Your package is handed to the shipping carrier and tracking details are provided.
Step 4: Order Delivered → Delivery time varies based on your location (estimated 10-15 business days).
Tracking updates may take 24 hours after the shipping label is created. Once the package is in transit, any potential delays (customs, weather, holidays) are beyond our control.
Order Packaging
To reduce waste, we focus on eco-friendly, stylish, and functional packaging rather than additional wrapping.
Single Item Purchases → Each item is carefully packaged in an Albedo Jewelry Box and placed inside a protective dust pouch.
Multiple Item Purchases → Each item is individually packaged in its own jewelry box, then placed together in a larger protective pouch for secure delivery.
Gift Purchases & Receipt
If your order is a gift, please check the "gift receipt" option at checkout.
For multiple-item orders, please specify which items are gifts in the order notes. A gift receipt will be included without pricing details.
