Return Policy
All made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product details or visit our Made-to-Order collection to see which items are classified as MTO.

Ready-to-ship items that are unworn and in their original condition can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for any product.

Domestic Returns (USA)
Customers in the USA can email customercare@albedoshop.com for assistance. An appropriate return label will be generated, and the return process will be initiated.

International Returns
If you are returning from outside the USA, email customercare@albedoshop.com for assistance and next steps.
*Please Note:* Shipping fees are non-refundable. All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping estimates vary based on location and the item(s) ordered. Here’s an overview:

Ready-to-Ship Items
These items ship within 2-4 business days from the order date. After fulfillment, your selected shipping method applies. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order pieces are produced after an order is placed. We estimate shipping will occur within 2-6 weeks. Once ready, tracking details will be sent via email.

-Free Delivery (25-30 Business Days)

- Standard Delivery (10-15 Business Days): $35.00
- Express Delivery (5-7 Business Days): $50.00

Duties & Taxes
- USA: Orders shipped within the USA will be charged state taxes but will not incur additional duties upon delivery.
- International: International orders may incur duties, fees, and/or import taxes upon delivery. These are government-imposed tariffs required for shipment receipt. Consult your local customs office with questions.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure the shipping address is secure and accurate. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility. Albedo is not liable for packages lost or stolen during delivery. If you need help filing a claim, contact customercare@albedoshop.com.
